Requirements
  • 3-plus years of experience implementing software in a professional services environment (Direct experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) or data exchange (e.g., API, ETL) a plus)
  • A working knowledge of PostGreSQL relational databases, basic SQL querying knowledge preferred
  • Concise, empathetic, and clear communication; the ability to adapt to different team member and client communication styles
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • A high sense of urgency and initiative - you dive right in and move things along
  • A pattern of developing and documenting incremental process and system improvements
  • Comfort with on-the-job training and willingness to constantly learn new tools and responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end management and execution of Moxe's implementations including scoping, customer resource planning, status reporting, technical build, testing, issue troubleshooting, and go-live validation
  • Collaborate with software engineers to build our software based on customer design decisions, including technical setup and testing, connectivity, content, and scenario testing
  • Provide customer support and mentorship by leading weekly meetings and maintaining strong communication channels
  • Advocate for customer needs by working with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing and post-live validation; use tools to run SQL queries and interpret results
  • Shape and align best practices for new product launches
