- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Video surveillance systems (IP-based and analog)
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Security camera systems (hardware and software)
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Network systems administration and deployment
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, switches, VPNs, NAT, VLANs, firewall rules)
- Experience with IP addressing and network troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Provide high-level technical support to federal customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving IP and analog video systems
- Configure and support industry-standard networking and camera equipment
- Diagnose, reproduce, and analyze system issues using structured troubleshooting methodologies
- Support and provide oversight to Tier 2 engineering efforts
- Develop and contribute to technical documentation and training materials
- Participate in meetings, technical briefings, and working sessions
- Communicate effectively with both leadership and field personnel
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in mission-focused environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining technical accuracy
