What are we looking for?
As an Associate Product Manager Intern focusing on support packaging at SentinelOne, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings by focusing on developing and managing support packages. You will work closely with the Product Management, Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Development teams to ensure our support packages meet the needs of our customers and align with our product strategy.
What will you do?
Collaborate with Product Managers to define and prioritize support package requirements.Assist in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for support packages, coordinating across sales, marketing, support, BD, legal, and product development teams.Engage in roadmap management, specifically for support packages, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.Participate in project management activities, utilizing knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliver value and achieve desired outcomes for support packages.Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve support packages.Support the documentation and communication of support package features and benefits to internal teams and customers.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in product management, software development, and cybersecurity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some
locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$32—$35 USD
