Responsibilities
  • Execute a comprehensive, financially responsible strategy that aligns with Healthie’s business goals.
  • Building strong relationships with our partners to build win-win-win-win customer experiences in health tech.
  • Identify opportunities to build, buy, and partner to build a best-in-class experience for Healthie’s customers.
  • Ensure that prospective and existing partners - which include technology offerings, apps, and service providers - are taken care of within Healthie’s ecosystem which includes experience, value, knowledge of ways to integrate into Healthie’s APIs, marketing opportunities, and more.
  • Own customer support and experience for marketplace partners.
  • Understand and work within the important regulatory guidelines as set forth by HIPAA and ONC to drive seamless and compliant integrations across parties.
  • Develop scalable systems for partner management, financial tracking, and legal compliance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across departments, driving marketplace success and long-term scalability.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance marketplace features, improve user experiences, and integrate new services.
