  • Generate pipeline and lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close, coordinating cross-functionally with other teams at Column to ensure a best-in-class customer experience throughout the deal cycle
  • Become an expert on Column, our products / technology and our differentiation
  • Help build Column's sales motion into an efficient winning machine
  • Identify market segments that are a good fit for Column and build outbound campaigns and playbooks
  • Get plugged into the fintech ecosystem and become an expert in our space - represent Column very well to the outside world
  • Perform day-to-day activities consistent with safe and sound business practices and regulatory requirements
