Centivo is looking for a Provider Data Manager to join our team!

As the Provider Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the provider data team. Ensuring the coordination and tracking of provider onboarding, and demographic data (professional and facility) is maintained across multiple systems.

What you’ll do:
Working under guidance of the VP Technical Operations, you will:

• Manage the coordination and tracking of Provider onboarding and maintenance into multiple systems – i.e. claims, directory, etc.
• Ensure operational responsibilities are carried out timely and accurately, as they pertain to a) delegated and non-delegated roster files, and b) loading/auditing/maintaining of provider record setup and contract loads
• Act as a subject matter expert for provider demographic and non-demographic loading into all Centivo systems.
• Intake provider data from multiple sources. Information will be obtained through a variety of methods such as provider outreach, vendor files and data collection from providers. 
• Interface with internal and external departments to resolve all high-level provider record, contract and reimbursement issues (provider & clients)
• Perform workflow analysis; recommend modifications, quality enhancements to streamline processes and increase productivity in those specific areas
• Conduct other duties as requested, to ensure directives are carried out and departmental goals are met

You should have:

• 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience
• Prior experience utilizing healthcare claims system
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• And although it’s not required, we’d love it if you have prior experience with provider onboarding
