- Experience with US or European financial transparency reporting
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable laws, regulations, codes, and business standards that affect the Company’s Healthcare Compliance Program

- Build, manage, and improve the Company’s aggregate payment processing and spend transparency reporting program
- Be the central global contact for all questions regarding processing, administration, or status of physician payments
- Work with European colleagues on MedTech EU, Conference Vetting System (CVS), France, Netherlands, and Italy to support compliance requirements overseas
- Review HCP expenses and invoices in various financial systems to ensure payments to HCPs are compliant with company policy
- Act as Compliance-Administrator for the Company’s HCP engagement software (Medcompli)
- Perform HCP/HCO background checks, Fair Market Value assessments, and initial drafting of HCP personal service contracts and HCO grant award/denial letters
- Engage with internal and external partners to operationalize legal and regulatory requirements into specific actions for Recor's medical and commercial teams
- Conduct audits and investigations to address gaps in controls
- Promote a values-based culture by supporting various company compliance initiatives
- Assist in the development, administration, and implementation of Healthcare Compliance, Expense, Ethics and Business conduct training
- Identify compliance risk areas and recommend action plans to Manager
- Support other related work as assigned by the Legal department
