  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience related to specific functional area

Responsibilities
  • Maintain operational security posture for an information system or program
  • Support multi-tier IA and CND functions
  • Provide security certification test and evaluation of assets
  • Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
  • Assist with the management of security aspects of the information system
  • Perform day-to-day security operations of the system
  • Evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information
  • Perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation
  • Provide configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware
  • Prepare and review documentation including System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, and Security Control Traceability Matrices (SCTMs)
  • Plan and coordinate the IT security programs and policies
Desired Qualifications
  • CCNA Security, CySA+, SSCP, or equivalent certification
  • AWS, Cloud certifications
