Requirements
- The candidate must have 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting high-performing J2EE applications using WebSphere, JBoss, or WebLogic.
- The candidate must have 5+ years of experience using Spring and Hibernate.
- The candidate must have strong experience developing the Web Services and Messaging Layer using SOAP, REST, JAXB, JMS, and WSDL.
- The candidate must have experience with unit testing and Continuous Integration tools (Subversion, Maven, Jenkins, JUnit).
- The candidate must have strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills with consistent attention to detail.
- The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong collaborative partnerships across functional lines and at all levels within the organization and the business.
- The candidate must have experience with database technologies and creating queries.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to offshore delivery teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with a Java Web Services framework such as Apache CXF is a plus.
- DB2 expertise is a plus.
