  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs that drive employee growth and development
  • Proven experience building and leading a successful learning and development team
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design, e-learning, and classroom facilitation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to drive decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the company's goals and objectives
  • Partner with department leaders to assess training needs and design programs that enhance job performance and employee development
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and courses that utilize a variety of instructional methods, including e-learning, in-person sessions, and self-paced modules
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure the highest quality of learning experiences
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements to ensure maximum impact on employee performance
  • Utilize data and metrics to measure the success of training programs and provide insights to leadership on how to continuously improve employee development
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development and make recommendations for new programs and initiatives
