- 1. Manage delivery of a large book of business with a key strategic account or Product Area within a named account
- 2. Serve as a generative AI business architect responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing next-generation AI technologies and systems within an organization
- 3. Oversee onboarding and implementation of new work pipelines
- 4. Plan, drive, and manage revenue consumption for the account
- 5. Work cross functionally with product, engineering, delivery, and growth teams
- 6. Operationalize requirements set forth in SOW and provide a clear understanding of SLA requirements and client expectations
- 7. Review, track, and improve operational performance
- 8. Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements or innovations
- 9. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of AI systems
- 10. Evaluate the performance and impact of AI solutions on the business
- 11. Build deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and across all roles
- 12. Take ownership of all client success activities
- 13. Work across multiple time zones, cultures, and with people from diverse backgrounds
