Requirements
- Experience leading a team of 2-3 people in software testing
- Knowledge of Testing Center of Excellence processes, frameworks, templates and tools
- Ability to analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test conditions and test scripts
- Experience creating and managing test data and performing test data management
- Experience performing test execution and managing defect management processes
- Ability to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of scheduled tasks and to ensure test artifacts meet stringent standards
- Experience leading the implementation and utilization of web service test tools
- Familiarity with Automated Testing and Web Services testing approaches (implied by web service tools)
- Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
