Requirements
  • Experience leading a team of 2-3 people in software testing
  • Knowledge of Testing Center of Excellence processes, frameworks, templates and tools
  • Ability to analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test conditions and test scripts
  • Experience creating and managing test data and performing test data management
  • Experience performing test execution and managing defect management processes
  • Ability to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of scheduled tasks and to ensure test artifacts meet stringent standards
  • Experience leading the implementation and utilization of web service test tools
  • Familiarity with Automated Testing and Web Services testing approaches (implied by web service tools)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
