Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day line management of a team of PSC agents
  • Utilising QA & customer feedback data to design development plans to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Working with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement in the service, and collaborating on projects to put these into action
  • Manage team performance throughout the shift, ensuring workloads, resources and staff are effectively managed
  • Act as an escalation point for Partner issues unable to be handled by the front line team
  • Champion a culture that demonstrates emotional intelligence and empathy
