Human Capital and Personnel Analyst
Key Role:
Work closely with HR management and line leadership to provide strategic analyses of human capital management data to ensure effective implementation of the organization’s human capital strategies. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- 11+ years of experience in a functional or cross-functional business area such as Human Capital or data analytics
- Experience using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft Office, and generating queries to pull specific data from multiple databases
- Experience using Tableau to build and maintain impactful dashboard visualizations
- Experience in data analysis and insights and recommendations from analysis that then influence and inform decision-making
- Experience coordinating activities performed by specialists, and engaging and consulting with leaders to assess organizational needs and develop high-impact solutions
- Knowledge of DoD missions and the Intelligence Community
- Ability to accurately communicate host organization user needs and requirements back to the intelligence customer’s leadership
- Ability to conduct research or gap analysis, facilitate the corporate delivery of responsive solutions that address stakeholder needs, and manage competing priorities
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience with IC research tools or databases
- Experience with strategic planning processes or methodologies
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent analytical and organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
