Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using systems and software like FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
  • Experience in shipping, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations.
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines.
  • NOTE - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects of outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and accurate preparation of shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders.
  • Manage packaging material inventories, ensuring adequate supply for shipping needs.
  • Manage the packaging and shipping process of customer orders, as well as the handling of logistics for trade shows.
  • Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure timely delivery schedules.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.
