Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science, and/or Accounting)
  • Experience supporting Zuora Billing modules
  • Experience working in Zuora APIs
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition and financial reporting concepts
  • Familiarity with the hire-to-retire process and system access management
Responsibilities
  • Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to Finance users
  • Gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of Zuora applications
  • Support onboarding of additional business units and acquired subsidiaries onto Zuora Billing
  • Partner with internal users and stakeholders for data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain proper system access for user roles
  • Monitor end-user usage of business systems and track performance
  • Provide frontline support with regards to all aspects of business-facing applications
  • Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for data integrity and security
  • Responsible for the change management and release process of Zuora Billing and other finance applications
  • Provide quality and timely communication regarding system status
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system functionality and integrations
  • Support integrations with other enterprise apps like Zuora CPQ, accounting systems, payment systems, etc.
