  • Must possess a strong customer service ethic and understand the nature of business.
  • Must have experience with: Remedy Action Request System 8.x & 9.
  • Remedy Custom Environment Seagate - Crystal Reports - Red Hat Linux & Apache - Oracle SQL - Visio.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
