  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
  • 5 plus years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implements marketing strategies for a large portfolio of established PN solutions, that align with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proactively find opportunities by using various commercial analytics
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, such as sales reports, market research, and digital analytics tools, to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness
  • Perform ad hoc and deep dive analyses to uncover and understand market, product, customer, and competitive dynamics
  • Determine and implement pricing strategies that optimize business performance
  • Determine financial and product demand forecasts
  • Drive delivery on competitive intelligence, business intelligence & reporting, critical metrics, dashboarding, brand performance measurements, and analytics
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage agency relationships and lead all aspects of the production of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
