Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Behavior Technician.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Availability between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
  • Regular travel to clients’ homes and/or schools within the region and occasional travel to office locations.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, diplomacy, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently or within a larger team.
  • Present eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Provide field support to Behavior Technicians on the clinical team and help them fulfill contracts.
  • Act as a floater for school cases as needed.
  • Provide parent education and consultation services.
  • Assist with client programming and analyze data to identify issues for the supervisor.
  • Provide other support to Board Certified Behavior Analysts as requested.
  • Write first drafts of progress reports.
  • Review client programs in Catalyst, including maintenance, trial counts, measures, goal completion, and creation of new goals.
  • Conduct program development.
  • Assist with coordination of care, including preparing emails to service coordinators and attending overlapping-provider visits when the Board Certified Behavior Analyst cannot be present.
  • Complete supervisor training.
  • Meet monthly as a cohort with the Clinical Manager or Clinical Director for training and coaching.
  • Provide field supervision and direct intervention, primarily during afternoon and evening time slots.
  • Deliver 20 hours of billable direct services.
  • Work up to 20 hours of paid non-billable time.
  • Perform the role’s duties at the direct rate, except for drive time.
