Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or support role in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, or English and German.
  • Understanding of website operations, content management systems, and digital marketing principles.
  • 1+ years of experience using e-commerce CMS tools, with a preference for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

  • Work with the US Site Experience Manager to implement and enhance site features and functionalities.
  • Monitor and report on site analytics and user feedback, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Help manage the content calendar to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure successful execution of site initiatives.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee a seamless and error-free user experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to site experience.
