Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in dispatch, call center, or a security operations center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Familiarity as an end user with technical security systems; video review, access control, alarms, as well as advanced computer proficiency
  • Ability to remain calm, appropriately triage/multi-task, and handle high stress situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
  • Problem-solving analytical mindset
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with security teams and other partners during emergency and routine events, including other general customer service-related calls
  • Conduct investigative video reviews and report findings
  • Dispatch security, fire, EMS, or other response personnel as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service while supporting external partners with requests via email and/or phone
  • Assist in conducting investigations and update requestors in a timely manner. Assist during afterhours with routine badging requests
  • Monitor fire alarm systems, investigate and document as they come in to the internal fire team
  • Properly document all reported incidents, notifying appropriate parties for information, escalation, or other business required actions
