Requirements
  • The candidate must have 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree such as a Master's, MBA, JD, or MD, or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • The candidate must be based in Austin, Texas.
  • The candidate must be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel 5-10% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for Control Center web application capabilities, including authentication and identity management, user roles, permissions, and access control.
  • Partner with the documentation team to develop and maintain the Pismo developer portal, including frontend features, backend content management infrastructure, and integrations with developer-focused products.
  • Define and drive improvements to internal platform tools to increase efficiency, usability, and adoption.
  • Lead product discovery by evaluating customer, developer, and internal stakeholder needs.
  • Scope, plan, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable customer and business impact.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to dive into technical details, guide architecture and trade-offs, and ensure strong execution and delivery.
  • Translate complex platform work into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Ensure features are successfully launched, monitored, and continuously improved.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience owning software platform roadmaps.
  • Strong experience with web applications, REST APIs, system integrations, and platform services.
  • Deep understanding of platform product management, including identity, access, and internal tooling.
  • Strong product fundamentals in discovery, customer research, feature scoping, prioritization, and roadmap ownership.
  • Comfort reading API documentation and collaborating deeply with engineering teams.
  • Experience using product analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Comfort working in Agile environments.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with developer platforms or internal tooling ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts.
  • Digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as generative artificial intelligence tools, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot.
