  • US Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as IT/EC/design teams, IP providers, and EDA vendors on issue resolution, resource management and forecasting.
  • Provide design environment support, including ticket resolution (access, disk/license additions/requirements).
  • Create content (wiki/ap notes) and deliver technical training/presentations.
  • Focus on implementing proactive measures to improve customer experience and improve stability and reliability of design environment and infrastructure and seeking to reduce cost.
  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions for increased automation, reliability and/or velocity through implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and applying industry best practices.
  • Implement processes for data retention and the project lifecycle.
Desired Qualifications
  • Active US Government Security Clearance, with a minimum of Secret level.
  • Post Graduate degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or in a STEM related field of study.
  • Customer facing experience.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to handle various priorities in parallel.
  • Experience in EDA tool support and setup within a design environment framework, on-prem or cloud enabled enclaves.
  • Experience with providing technical direction to engineering teams, including but not limited to customer support, driving methodologies to streamline design work.
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems such as Jira.
