  • Possess a proven ability to develop strong relationships with Strategic Partners, VARs, Resellers and Distributors in a technical pre-sales and post-sales capacity
  • Thrive when engaging with Strategic Partners, VARs, Resellers and Distributors in support of their prospects and end customers as a trusted advisor
  • Effectively collaborate with Channel Sales Director and Account Manager to optimize channel strategies and drive partnership success
  • Understand the workflows, processes and how to navigate a CRM to report on sales activities and pipeline
  • Support of strategic planning and ROI that directly impacts team and company level initiatives
  • Help to drive team-level change by demonstrating EQ and contributing alongside happy, healthy, high performing teams
  • Have a teachable spirit and work ethic that is motivated by healthy competition and an intrinsic drive to help others
  • Possess a deep integrity of character to be willing to admit mistakes and learn from them
  • Able to build and nurture rapport with key contacts at Strategic Partners, Value Added Resellers, Resellers and Distributors
  • Have deep subject matter expertise with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) or, you are an experienced cybersecurity or intelligence practitioner
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills allowing you to articulate the value/brand/integrated story
  • Developing into an Innovations Unit // Entrepreneurial // Consultative team player
  • Working with a ‘Send me’ attitude and enthusiasm for strategic partnership meetings
  • A self-starter who helps to formulate strategic decisions that positively influence pipeline generation and pipeline development. Measuring activities and impact is second nature, part of proving program efficacy and genuinely finding what works and what doesn’t
  • A willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
Responsibilities
  • Be part of a high performing team with unique and diverse backgrounds and accomplishments
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on all Flashpoint’s products and services
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Directors, Customer Success Directors, and internal stakeholders (i.e. engineering, intel team, integrations team, collections team) to ensure proper support is achieved for customer needs
  • Aid in the qualification of Strategic Partners, VARs, Resellers and Distributors with the Sales Directors, Account Managers, and Customer Success Directors
  • Aid in the development of training, resources, and support materials
  • Enable strategic partners by providing training, resources, and support to ensure they can effectively promote and deliver Flashpoint solutions
  • Support Pre and Post-revenue generating activity as a technical subject matter expert (i.e., platform, data, services, future offerings)
  • Communicate and collaborate with Sales Directors, Capture Team, and leadership on technical matters and how they impact strategy and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product teams to help develop and shape current and future products
  • Be a creative problem solver
