  • Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
  • You are fluent in English (level B2 or equivalent)

Responsibilities
  • Generating opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts
  • Creating business opportunities for UK Account Executives through inbound leads qualification
  • Qualifying inbound leads and pitching our product to interested prospects
  • Detecting customer pain points and understanding their context
  • Evangelizing collaborative learning in the market and presenting the 360Learning value proposition
  • Partnering with Marketing to improve lead quality and bringing innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings
  • Researching trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement
  • Contributing as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and sharing knowledge with the rest of the organization
  • Being involved in the onboarding of new members of the team
