Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, for example but not limited to, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Finance, Sales managers or Chief of Staff, Consultant with relevant domain focus
  • Depth of experience in the online marketing and advertising industry, work in direct ad sales channels a plus
  • General knowledge of digital media product, performance, and measurement capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong data modeling, analytical and problems-solving ability with a keen understanding of quantifying intangibility. Inherent ability to communicate the what?, why?, and what's next? of data
  • An inherent ability to combine larger organizational strategic perspectives from analytical frameworks to help quantify intangibility
  • Experienced in project/ program management in a collaborative setting
  • Attention to operational rigor and details
  • Working knowledge of sales systems and tools

Responsibilities
  • Trusted strategic and operational partner, aligned to Sales leaders of Reddit's largest potential partnerships focused on implementing strategies with strategic product and timing alignments
  • Drive strategic planning efforts for Reddit's newfound Client Solutions team based on implementation of a strategy centered around key cultural events, culture-shifting communities, trending products, and other actionable items to ensure the growth of Reddit's key partnerships
  • Serve as key thought leader for the evolution of Reddit's Client Solutions program. This role is going to have high visibility across many functions in the organization. This position is going to be challenged with brainstorming product innovations that are going to serve as the evolution of Reddit's larger product offerings
  • Coordinate sales programs that enable sales leaders to better operate their teams with focus, resulting in quantifiable business outcomes (e.g., more hours with client, better forecasting of revenue, better adoptions of solutions, increased intelligence in sales strategies)
  • Develop framework of essential tooling. This new business channel is going to require development of tooling and information framework. Ideal candidate would be able to project manage development of tools, while also being able to roll up sleeves in terms of helping execution of new analytical assets
  • Provide deep analytical insights at various levels for Client Solutions business to inform larger scale product and partnerships management to drive decision making for leadership based on applying framework to current intangibilities. This includes creating resources that are examined on both a regular cadence and an ad hoc basis
  • Consult with measurement teams understand the value of 1P and 3P measurement tools and help construct measurement strategies that are focused on nurturing and growing partnerships
  • Own rhythm of the business with clear process and policy guidance and continuously optimize with iterations, in partnership with RSO team members (e.g., account transfers, rep assignments, pipeline management)
  • Create and manage key information centers working with cross functional leadership teams, determine key success metrics and communication methods leading to actionable items focused on driving optimal client solutions
  • Build automation where possible, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology for scale. Propose and advocate for improvements required by other functions
  • Collaborate with a network of XFN partners to drive business results, including sales finance, business operations, creative solutions, marketing, etc
