Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of construction safety experience is required.
  • OSHA 30-hour in Construction certification is required.
  • First Aid and CPR certification are required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards is required.
  • Experience in fall protection, scaffolding, steel erection, and excavation is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects to ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings.
  • Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
  • Ensure all personnel wear personal protective equipment.
  • Conduct daily safety audits and inspections.
  • Inspect power tools and heavy equipment.
