Arrowhead is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Analyst or Contracts Manager to join its legal team in any of its locations. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, the Senior Contracts Analyst/Contracts Manager will evaluate, draft and negotiate company contracts on behalf of Arrowhead. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and negotiating skills, and will be detail oriented, responsive, tech savvy, quick to think on their feet, and be comfortable with making decisions independently based on an analysis of risk. The ideal candidate should be able to see their function within the big picture of Arrowhead’s business, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where contracts need to be negotiated quickly and efficiently. Candidates should have 5+ years of contract negotiation experience, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, and should have a firm understanding of contract documents with an ability to identify and quickly analyze the importance and potential risks involved with negotiated terms.
