Requirements
  • You have initial experience in technical onboarding, technical implementation, IT support, Technical Customer Success, or a comparable role.
  • You have a good understanding of application programming interfaces, IT infrastructures, networks, and virtual private networks.
  • You work confidently with data, for example in Excel, SQL, or comparable tools.
  • You communicate very well in German at least at C1 level and in English at least at B2 level.
  • You analyze technical problems systematically and independently develop pragmatic solutions.
Responsibilities
  • You plan and support the technical implementation of the artificial-intelligence-based phone assistant at medical practices and hospitals.
  • You check technical prerequisites, configure the solution, and ensure successful commissioning.
  • You coordinate data migrations from external practice-management systems and verify the quality and completeness of the transferred data.
  • You conduct technical discussions with practices, IT contacts, and internal teams and explain complex matters clearly.
  • You document technical solutions, develop training materials, and automate recurring tasks.
Desired Qualifications
  • Programming experience with JavaScript and/or Python.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of practice-management systems, hospital information systems, or electronic health record systems.
  • Experience with software-as-a-service solutions, technical implementations, or artificial-intelligence tools.
  • Experience creating training materials or automating processes.
