Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in solution consulting
Demonstrated proficiency in business applications including Content Management and other pharma business applications
Strong knowledge of health systems across the EU
Strong demonstration and value-selling experience
Ability to identify the critical business issues that customers are facing and provide solution approaches
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Energetic self-starter; able to work independently
Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field
An excellent communicator verbally and written, in English, and in the local office language

Responsibilities

Support the sales process by presenting tailored demonstrations of our products and solutions to Veeva's customers
Build strong relationships with key personnel at our customers and prospects, acting as a product and subject matter expert during opportunities, both before and after demonstrations
Provide compelling demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept of our Commercial solutions - focused on Veeva Vault PromoMats
Manage demonstration environments
Provide support at marketing events
Assist in sales, strategy, and building customer relationships

Desired Qualifications

Prior experience in Pre-Sales Consulting
Prior experience within the Life Sciences, or Medical Device industry
Fluency in other European languages
Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, or similar software solutions

The Role

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, including some of the largest life sciences organizations in the world. Understanding their business and objectives to demonstrate and articulate the value of Veeva’s Commercial Cloud solutions, focused on content management, and how it supports their digital engagement and data strategies and tackles their most important business challenges.

As a core member of the team, you will collaborate with and support our strategy, sales, and customer success organizations too.
