  • Still remain hands on and be able to support your team with technical questions
  • Act as an ambassador for your team with the Product functions to deliver feedback from the field

  • In a pre-sales / Solution Engineering / Sales Engineering role that is a blend of technical detail and value selling
  • Knowledge / Experience selling Security, Identity technologies and Infrastructure technologies
  • Proven success working with/selling into SMB, but also large, strategic customers
  • Proven experience leading second-line management teams, inclusive of creation of development plans and execution, reduced attrition results and initiatives, a clear history of promotions and success, performance management, etc
