Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Previous law firm or in-house legal experience is highly preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a legal assistant handling contracts required, sales contracts preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Strong proofreading skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDF and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Strong teamwork mentality.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of various Customer agreements across Foodservice and Retail channels
  • Respond to inquiries from internal customer teams on sales contracts and/or other retail matters
  • Support cross-functional teams to help mutually resolve issues regarding existing or pending customer agreements, culinary innovation projects, and other projects as assigned
  • Daily engagement and collaboration with internal business teams (sales, finance, marketing, etc.) and various members the PepsiCo law department
  • Supporting the PepsiCo North America commercial legal team with other projects as assigned.
