  • Organize the planning of the Certifications & Credentials initiative
  • Coordinate with SMEs the development of assessment items, learning materials, and grading
  • Coordinate the setup of the assessments
  • Provide support to VTEX collaborators and clients
  • Understand the needs of customers, partners, collaborators, and stakeholders
  • Track the initiative's performance and create mechanisms for growth
  • Be an ambassador of the learning methodology and goals
