Requirements
  • You have 1+ years experience in Payroll/HR administration
  • You have experience with Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint
  • You have experience with HRIS systems (ADP or Workday )
  • You are data-driven, with an ability to translate analytics into insights and actions
  • You don't just settle for 'how it's always been done here', or 'how I've done it elsewhere'; you're always trying your best to 'do it differently and better'
  • You are solutions-focused and able to suggest ideas for new ways of working
  • You are naturally collaborative, with drive and determination to get involved and take on a variety of tasks
Responsibilities
  • You will support the team with timecard management and following up with employees
  • You will support payroll exceptions and processing in partnership with the Payroll Manager
  • You will manage admin processes and documentation to support people operations, including data upkeep, HRIS system management and payroll support
  • You will support the People Partner with payroll and benefits administration, employee enrollment and onboarding
  • You will run regular, periodic reports to ensure data and essential processes are maintained and highlight metrics in relevant departments and escalate when needed
  • You will coordinate Wisebuy invoicing processes for People team spend, ensuring uploading and process management
  • You will create and format decks to support the team with communications including: benefits, toolkits, workshop materials
