Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 5-7 years of experience across learning & development, talent development, and performance management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role driving forward L&D initiatives.
  • Ability to appropriately lead with a level of depth in learning and development philosophies and instructional design methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing key learning programs in a matrixed organization, with a focus on supporting diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in driving key talent development, performance management and organizational design initiatives.
  • Experience with integrating organizational design methodologies and change management as critical components of leading large-scale initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships, influence without authority, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with a high-level of attention to detail and execution ability, while consistently bringing a strategic mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of key learning and development initiatives, prioritizing evolving business needs and leadership development.
  • Drive planning initiatives, collaborating with leaders and key stakeholders across the business, ensuring work is enabling the success of organizational priorities.
  • Oversee the design and execution of strategic talent planning efforts, performance management processes, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Assist with the design and support of organizational structure, performance management frameworks, and related processes.
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to align L&D strategies with business needs, ensuring programs are impactful and scalable.
  • Lead ongoing employee engagement surveys, playing a critical role in survey design, execution, and post-survey follow-up and action planning.
  • Leverage data and analytics to constantly evaluate programmatic efficacy and effectiveness.
  • Drive projects forward in a matrixed environment, managing diverse opinions and priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on best practices in organizational development and employee growth.
