Requirements
  • 10+ years in a senior leadership role, with a track record of building and scaling IT organizations and managing large complex projects in high-growth environments.
  • Well-versed in presenting data infrastructure initiatives, goals, and results to senior leadership, including the CIO, CFO, and other executive leaders.
  • Proven experience in developing data infrastructure systems. Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners across sales, finance, engineering, and product teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • MBA or Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data infrastructure strategy that aligns with CoreWeave’s business objectives and IT roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the CIO, CFO, CISO, and other business leaders to create a roadmap for data infrastructure growth and scalability to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with data analytics, engineering, and product teams to understand data requirements and design solutions accordingly.
  • Develop policies and processes for data quality, consistency, and integrity across all data sources.
  • Implement strong security and compliance practices from the outset to ensure CoreWeave can scale efficiently without compromising security.
  • Experiment with new technologies and methodologies to improve data accessibility, processing speed, and scalability.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying areas for innovation within the data infrastructure and CoreWeave’s IT function.
  • Build a high-performing team capable of managing complex data systems and driving continuous improvement.
  • Oversee support for 1K+ end users, ensuring a high level of service, with plans to scale as the workforce grows.
