This is a strategic role, focused on devising and executing new ways to work with industry partners. You will be generating leads, expanding market presence, and creating new revenue opportunities through high-impact relationships. You will lay the foundation for a scalable partnership ecosystem while helping position R.O. Writer as a trusted, go-to solution in the auto repair space.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead a scalable partnership strategy focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and industry reach
Identify, prioritize, and pursue new partner opportunities across consulting firms, associations, and adjacent software providers
Structure and execute partnership agreements, including referral, revenue share, and co-marketing terms
Launch and manage referral programs with clear lead tracking and reporting processes
Plan and execute joint marketing programs with partners, including webinars, events, and social content
Own partner onboarding and relationship management, ensuring long-term value and engagement
Lead the strategy and execution for tradeshows, sponsorships, and partner event presence
Track and report on program performance, including leads generated, pipeline value, and conversion rates
Work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Professional Services, and Product to execute agreements and activate partnership campaigns
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or demand generation with a commercial focus
Strong understanding of the auto repair industry, with direct experience working in the space—whether through service, SaaS, equipment, consulting, or training
Proven ability to build and manage partnerships that drive measurable lead generation and brand exposure
Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements with revenue or marketing components
Confident communicator with the ability to engage external stakeholders, including industry executives
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment – more about being resourceful, taking initiative, and being autonomous when building something from scratch
Travel Requirement:
Willingness to travel for partner meetings, tradeshows, and industry events (up to 35%)

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $76,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
