  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, implementation and strategic planning
  • Proven track record of successful client engagements focused on customer acquisition, retention and expansion; meeting or exceeding business development goals
  • Business operations experience owning outcomes of client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Preference for technical skills or experience leading technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships and communicating complex solutions to executive teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing the relationship with clear communication, positive momentum, and a spirit of true partnership, ensuring client satisfaction and driving profitable growth
  • Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Develop and own the strategy through execution including cross functional collaboration
  • Execution of Existing Scope of Work: Oversee all aspects of delivery and performance, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage resources, timelines, and expectations effectively
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and insights to clients and stakeholders
  • Planning, selling and execution of continued partnership growth: Utilizing client and market data, lead the development of net new comprehensive strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention, implementing data-driven insights and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that align with client goals
  • Collaborate with leadership on the economic model of any net new scopes of work
  • Facilitate the transition from strategy development to implementation, ensuring alignment between project objectives and operational capabilities
  • Market Expertise: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date on trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Utilize this expertise to advise both Red Ventures and clients on forward-looking investments
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, product managers, engineers, and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development

Saudi Arabia-based fintech Tabby raised $160 million in a Series E round at a $3.3 billion valuation, led by Blue Pool Capital and Hassana Investment Company, with participation from STV and Wellington Management.
