Requirements
  • AI Literacy - you should have an interest in technology and AI and show the aptitude to bring this into your role and the projects you are accountable for delivering. You do not need to be a technologist yourself but you must be technically literate and curious about the possibilities that technology
  • Time management & prioritization skills - things can get a little hectic, so the ability to effectively manage yourself and your workload is critical
  • Excellent communication skills (in English or/and other European languages) - you must be able to organize your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling. You will be expected to together well-written, grammatically correct emails and other communications. When communicating verbally – whether over the phone, on video calls, in person or meetings – you will need to be articulate, warm and engaging

Responsibilities
  • Support the project management and planning for an organisation wide rollout of Copilot
  • Support the planning and execution of Copilot enablement workshops, including logistics, scheduling, and attendee coordination
  • Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and communications
  • Help manage the Copilot user community via Teams channels, events, and competitions
  • Monitor usage analytics and survey responses to track adoption and impact
  • Maintain documentation and support materials, including FAQs and best practice guides
  • Liaise with external partners to coordinate training delivery
  • Provide administrative support for license management and onboarding processes
  • Contribute to monthly Copilot updates and internal comms campaigns
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, Technology, or Environmental Studies
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, digital tools, or sustainability through academic work, internships, or personal projects
  • Experience supporting project coordination, communications, or training initiatives—either professionally or in an academic setting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Teams, SharePoint, and Excel; exposure to Generative AI tools like Copilot is a plus
