  • Implement and scale successful market-driven and data-supported service offerings that support company growth
  • Efficiently operate services delivery globally, with data-driven approaches to managing pipeline, backlog, revenue, margin, utilization and operations
  • Enable programs that promote the creation and adoption of delivery and industry best practices
  • Drive proactive cross-functional alignment and collaboration internally with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Management Teams to operationalize the delivery of services globally and by segment
  • Serve as the executive champion with key customers, delivery partners, alliance partners, and delivery channel providers
  • Recruit, nurture, and grow an inclusive and diverse team of high-performing service delivery professionals that provide the capacity, depth, and breadth to meet delivery goals
