Requirements
  • Build and own reporting and dashboards in Salesforce that surface insights about our customers, the operational efficiencies of our teams, and bottlenecks in our processes
  • Partner with various business leaders to uncover Salesforce requirements and work with the Salesforce admin and business systems team to project manage the building, testing and deployment of each solution
  • Evaluate current data infrastructure and reporting in order to align it to the business needs identified by key stakeholders
  • Partner with our Product and Business Systems team to drive automation and efficiency across post-sale processes
  • Partner with Sales, Account Managers, Sales Operations and Delivery managers to drive data integrity across all customer data (e.g. account data in Salesforce)
  • Lead the rollout of new internal tools to improve the way our client-facing teams work with customers
  • Design and implement new workflows (across business systems such as Salesforce) to support the growth of the business
  • Operationalize, streamline, and automate manual checklists and procedures (e.g., capital call compliance checklists, wire compliance checklists)
  • 3+ years experience working with Salesforce (particularly reporting and dashboards)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to scope projects, break down work into component parts, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and execute on plans
  • Passion for identifying problems, performing root cause analysis, and iterating on solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and iterate on existing workflows, improve and take ownership on workflow rollouts
  • Ability to develop operational improvement plans informed by data, and work effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders to execute on these plans
  • Ability to balance priorities and meet swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Looker)
  • Experience in process mapping (using tools such as LucidChart) and using productivity tools (e.g. G Suite) for analysis
  • Working knowledge of other business systems such as Talkdesk, Chorus, and MixMax
  • Ability to quickly ramp on our suite of Investor Services products, as well as the underlying processes that we use to deliver these products
  • Excellent written and communication skills
