Requirements
  • A passion for planet earth with genuine interest and enthusiasm for food and the environment
  • 2-5 years of strategy, operations, and/or analytics experience
  • Experience in management consulting, business operations, and/or sales ops
  • Proven track record of analysing data to drive insights and providing thoughtful strategic recommendations
  • Basic modeling skills (Excel is a must)
  • Open minded and a self-starter attitude, with a can-do mentality in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to be a creative problem solver who will leave no stone unturned
Responsibilities
  • Help drive pivotal decisions in our teams sales strategy to ensure the long-term scalability of our selling motions
  • Analyze our sales pipeline and existing customer data
  • Provide real-time, data-backed feedback on the performance of various campaigns done in partnership with the Marketing team
  • Provide regular reporting on customer churn to help identify the best customer retention initiatives
  • Work closely with the B2B Ops Manager and the Head of Customer Advocacy to design sales campaigns and strategic initiatives to rapidly scale our book of business
  • Have the opportunity to drive immediate impact with a high degree of ownership
