Our Dallas office is centrally located within the Metroplex, making it convenient and easily accessible for our team members from across the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.
About The ADR Production Team:
The ADR Production team is responsible for creating the English language dub tracks for our shows. Our goal is to produce outstanding creative content that will delight and engage our audiences, partners and internal collaborators. As a group comprised of audio staff, voice directors, writers, and support staff, we work in a fast paced, creative environment.
The Producer position is a part-time temporary role. This contract producer will handle all communication with 3rd party recording studios and seasonal, episodic deliverables. Including schedule negotiations, contract updates and execution, weekly communication and follow ups. There will also be requests and assistance needed regarding communication between marketing and social teams and our talent regarding appearances and publicity related work. This is a part-time contract role that should require between 10 - 15 hours a week depending on the number of ongoing contract workloads.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in ADR production work.
- Knowledge of audio post-production process and sound engineering are highly beneficial
- Must be deadline driven and able to adhere to production schedules and timelines
- Proficient in Google Suite (including calendar) and Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Google Calendar are used daily
A day in the life of our Producer:
- Approve project cast lists
- Review episodes and provide qualitative feedback to studios, as necessary
- Ensure ADR production materials are delivered to the studios accurately and on time
- External vendor communications
- Ensure 3rd party studio deadlines are met.
- Providing VA contact info, suggested rates, and contract/PO/invoice help or assistance for marketing/social support
