Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction aligning IT strategy with studio goals and budgets
  • Oversee the creation and execution of IT road map
  • Recommend hardware and software technology as necessary
  • Manage IT employees and ensure continuous growth for employees
  • Manage hardware and software licenses and provide budget estimates for costs
  • Represent studio to PlayStation Studios and Sony Interactive Entertainment
  • Address complaints and concerns related to workplace conduct
  • Supervise the IT team across multiple locations
