Requirements

  • Be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro DC.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Be able to modify existing files through copy edits, photo modifications, and resizing.
  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at Arizona State University.
  • Be willing to sign and abide by a confidentiality agreement.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing creative print layouts and digital designs using Adobe programs.
  • Build presentation materials, comps, and mock-ups.
  • Select photography to support fundraising goals for digital and print materials.
  • Develop conceptual ideas guided by client input, team direction, and project objectives.
  • Develop and produce concept boards, mock-ups, and electronic files.
  • Articulate ideas through sketches, print-based design comps, and project mock-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and upload and download archived files into servers and digital asset management systems.
  • Accept and interpret client input, feedback, and mark-ups.
  • Assist design and department staff as required.
  • Research, gather, photograph, illustrate, typeset, and produce visual content for projects as needed.
  • Work creatively and independently as part of a team.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the ASU brand.

  • Be a current student pursuing Graphic Design at Arizona State University.
  • Have previous work or internship experience.
  • Have relevant coursework.
  • Have proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

ASU Enterprise Partners is a nonprofit group that provides an ecosystem of services to support Arizona State University and its affiliated entities. It works by coordinating fundraising, resource generation, and support activities to extend the university’s reach and advance its charter. Although it shares the same mission as ASU, it is a separate 501(c)(3) organization governed by a volunteer board and supports ASU and several affiliates such as the ASU Foundation for a New American University, ASU Outreach Hub, ASURE, ECASU, NEWSWELL, Skysong Innovations and University Realty. Its goal is to mobilize resources and programs that help ASU grow its impact and fulfill its public mission.
