Requirements
  • An associate degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of MRI patient scanning experience are required.
  • At least 1 year of patient scanning experience on GE HealthCare equipment is required.
  • ARRT, ARMRIT, or equivalent specific-modality certification is required.
  • The candidate must be comfortable in a clinical and patient environment.
  • Proficiency with software applications including Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as other computer- and web-based tools, is required.
  • The ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions is required.
  • The candidate must register with one or more vendor credentialing services used by customer hospitals.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel extensively, at least 80% of the time, including four to five days per week, overnight travel, and some weekends.
  • The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and coordinate customer training delivery with sales, project management, and other service organization teams using an integrated account management approach and in accordance with order configuration and terms and conditions.
  • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within imaging modalities.
  • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians obtain optimal performance from GE HealthCare equipment.
  • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers in partnership with customers.
  • Develop and administer clinical training for end-user personnel in alignment with the Sales Order Agreement.
  • Deliver clinical education that supports excellent customer outcomes and high Net Promoter Scores.
  • Drive revenue realization through on-site or remote clinical education delivery.
  • Complete comprehensive, consistent, and timely documentation from pre-training through post-training.
  • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and report relevant product or customer concerns and opportunities to management, field sales, marketing, customer loyalty leads, and technical support.
  • Provide input on technical and clinical issues and opportunities to improve product quality and overall product offerings.

  • Residence near Wisconsin, Chicago, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Iowa is preferred.

GE HealthCare secures CE mark for Photonova Spectra photon-counting CT system

GE HealthCare has received CE mark approval for its Photonova Spectra photon-counting computed tomography system, enabling commercial sales in markets recognising CE marking. The clearance follows US Food and Drug Administration approval and Japanese regulatory clearance in March 2026. The system uses GE HealthCare's Deep Silicon detector technology to deliver ultra-high definition spectral and spatial imaging. It processes data volumes up to 50 times greater than conventional CT systems, utilising Nvidia's accelerated computing platform. Clinical collaborations are underway at UZ Brussel in Belgium and Rigshospitalet in Denmark to evaluate the system across cardiology, neurology, oncology and musculoskeletal imaging. The CE mark follows more than $5 billion in innovation investment by GE HealthCare.

GE HealthCare launches three new Vivid cardiovascular ultrasound systems for diverse care settings

GE HealthCare has introduced three new cardiovascular ultrasound systems to its Vivid portfolio: Vivid Explorer 1, Vivid Advanced 1, and Vivid Focus 1. The systems were unveiled at the European Society of Cardiology Congress 2026 in Munich, Germany. Each system targets different clinical settings whilst sharing a common technology foundation with the ultra-premium Vivid Pioneer. Vivid Explorer is designed for high-volume echo labs, Vivid Advanced for mid-size hospitals and cardiology practices, and Vivid Focus for everyday cardiac imaging. All three systems use cSound imaging technology and include AI-enabled automation tools to streamline echo workflows. GE HealthCare has launched Invenia ABUS Prime and ABUS StreamVue, expanding its breast imaging portfolio with solutions for supplemental screening in women with dense breasts.
