  • At least six years of professional experience managing high-performance, technical teams, in a director-level role or similar (e.g. managing managers)

  • Strong mechanical intuition for faster decision making: be able to guide designs without FEA, decisions without extensive analysis
Responsibilities
  • Prioritize team tasks and help remove blockers
  • Define, implement, and maintain streamlined and transparent development processes
  • Run team meetings and development cycles (e.g. sprints, standups)
  • Grow the team through hiring initiatives, direct mentorship, and coaching
  • Foster an optimistic, accountable, and collaborative culture
