Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of customer marketing programs
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with a software company
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer community experience
  • Experience working at a high growth company a plus
  • Experience managing partner programs a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on customer marketing programs to generate leads and opportunities to support upsell pipeline and revenue goals
  • Understand customer personas (internal communications, HR and IT) and new product initiatives to build a comprehensive annual marketing plan
  • Align with account management team to deliver programs, track results and analyze and report on performance
  • Develop a customer communications and development plan to grow a customer community, increase customer loyalty, and grow customer advocates
  • Develop and support partner marketing initiatives to increase pipeline from the partner ecosystem
  • Hands-on involvement with campaign execution including content writing, list segmentation and creation of report
