Requirements
  • HVAC (EPA) certification is preferred.
  • Pool certification is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Complete preventive-maintenance tasks and assigned work orders.
  • Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs.
  • Inspect units, buildings, grounds, and common areas.
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, supply inventories, and maintenance records.
  • Assist with emergency repairs and promptly report major hazards.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
  • Provide courteous service while respecting residents’ privacy.
  • Follow building codes, company policies, fair-housing practices, and workplace-safety requirements.
