What you will get to do on our team:
- Engage intimately with our intelligence operations to understand the nuances of scaling operations.
- Foster and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients, being their steadfast ally in all challenges.
- Collaborate closely with our product and service teams to refine and enhance our offerings based on frontline feedback.
- Contribute to and drive improvements in our operational processes.
What you will achieve:
- Within 30 Days:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our intelligence operations and the mechanisms of scaling our operations effectively.
- Within 60 Days:
- Engage actively with your assigned customers, becoming a reliable figure in their security strategies.
- Within 90 Days:
- Implement operational improvements, deliver valuable feedback to our product team, and establish long-term, trusted customer relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven customer success experience, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- The capacity to act both as a team player and a coach.
- A strong grasp of Cyber Threat Intelligence, operations within the intelligence community, and cybersecurity operations.
- A background in the broader intelligence community or military intelligence is highly regarded and contributes to success in our team.
Base Pay Range: $95,300/yr. - $115,000/yr plus bonus
